Questions about what we hold, or a request to erase it, go to our grievance officer. Please read the privacy policy first — it explains why we usually hold nothing that can be connected to you.

Traffic from our crawler
If you have found RoftrlabsBot in your access logs, the crawler information page explains what it is and how to block it in one line. If it is causing you a real problem, contact us and we will investigate rather than wait to be blocked.
Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is using our tools against your site in breach of our acceptable use policy, tell us. Include the address being targeted and the times you saw the traffic, and we can match it against our records while they still exist — note that we delete run records after 24 hours, so report it promptly.
